If your package arrives with signs of opening or damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. If the customer accepts the package in that condition, Studio4’U will not be liable to pay any claim or
exchange the product.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours or before dispatched massage of the order placed. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.


Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, Please contact us at help@studio4u.in with your order no. If your return is accepted, the Customer has to return the product using any nearby courier service to our address which is mentioned in the last section of the page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will get a refund of only product value which will be Price -150 (Shipping Charges Per Piece). Studio4’U will be liable to pay only the product value, not the shipping cost. Studio4’U will not arrange a pickup In Case of Returning the product due to any reason.

1). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2). We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Charges

The refund amount will be deposited in a bank account, Google Pay, or Phone Pay within 24-72 of receiving the
products back at our warehouse.

Note: in case of return we only charge you the courier amount which is 150 rupees per pcs that
charged by the courier company to us


Exchange Policy

Once the studio4u.in the item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for replacement in an upper or same price value product. Please contact us at help@studio4u.in with your order no. If your exchange is accepted, the Customer has to return the product using any nearby courier service to our address which is mentioned in the last section of the page. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Studio4’U will not arrange a pickup In Case of exchange of the product due to any reason.


Shipping Charges (in Case of Exchange)

Exchange Charges @ 150 per product paid by customer for returning product, and getting new one. We do not give free shipping for exchanged product.

Note : in case of exchanged we only charge you courier amount which is 150 rupees per pcs that charged by courier company to us to sending new product.


Conditions for Exchange

1). Exchange can be done within 2 days for the date of delivery.
2). Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
3). Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size
needed.
4). Exchange is allowed once per order.
5). All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable.
6). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item.
7). New Products will be sent within 48 hours after receiving the exchanged product in our warehouse
and inspection.


Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with your order no. immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the damage was approved or not.

Not Eligible for Damaged Products

We do not consider order as damaged
1). If the dress doesn’t suit you
2). If you don’t like fabric texture (fabric looking rough, fabric looking old, etc.). We use to deal in same fabric only but it looks slightly different due to variety of printing process.
3). For any small issue like tassels pulled, (as that might happen during transit of the product. You can easily fix it) or Minor printing variation (like little roughness in print, uneven prints) it’s beauty of hand block print. It comes with little uneven and look traditionally hand crafted.
4). Colour Variations as 10-12% colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights.


Shipping Charges

The cost of return shipping for damaged Products is beared by Studio4’U.


Pickup Responsibility

Studio4’U will try to arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If it will be not possible then customer need to send with any near by courier service.

Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 2 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
No exchanges or refunds will be done for FABRIC AND COMBO related products.

When the customer didn’t like the material or color of the dress. From our part, we use the best quality material. So, we would suggest to read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before placing the order.

10-12% Colour difference which might be there due to screen resolution and light.

Return not accepted if you do not like the product color and material, to avoid these types of issues kindly have a look at the product pictures and read the product description properly before ordering. If you need to know more details regarding the products then contact us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products such as special orders or personalized ones.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
